We had scheduled a pick up at midnight when our flight was supposed to arrive. Unfortunately, it ended up arriving two hours later. When we went to the front counter, there was a sign that said they were closed and to go to the third floor of the rental garage where there would be an attendant to help us. When we got to the third floor of the rental garage, however, there was a group of people waiting and no Enterprise attendant. Instead, there was a sign saying someone would be there by 9 am. So a bunch of people were waiting in a freezing cold parking garage with no one to give them their cars. Maybe this was just the Baton Rouge office, but to be safe I will avoid enterprise in the future. We were lucky to get an Uber at 2 am.

Joseph was great at checkout. Deja was superior at check in. Even more so when she called me later to remind me of all the things I forgot, namely my entire golf bag! Baronne NO is FIRE! Please stay away from other rental trappings! These folks take care of you!

I had a reservation weeks in advance. When I got off my plane at 10:30pm, they had no cars left!!! I was stranded. Terrible company. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a reservation with budget not honored. I will never use budget again.

When I arrived at the pickup counter at the off-airport site, and declined the Budget insurance, the staff told me I had to show my proof of insurance (i.e., my insurance card or a copy of my personal car insurance policy). I don't travel with those documents. I have rented a car hundreds of times in my life, I ALWAYS decline rental agency insurance because my policy covers rental cars, and I have NEVER been asked to show proof of insurance. I was not advised beforehand of this requirement. The agent at the rental counter was EXTREMELY unhelpful in having me problem solve this issue.

I’ve been online and did ExpressCheck in. When I arrived, I had to wait in line, which was fine, except that there was no privacy for discussions about money, and the person in front of me are very upsetting experience. I did finally reached the counter and ported that I had already checked in through Xpress and paid, the staff person told me that I had not paid that I had simply entered the information. He then charged me. I now have two charges on my credit card of two fees from two separate agreements. I also see that the receipt I got was for one price, $77 I don’t my credit card I still see the deposit charge of $200. All toll I have a charge of over $500 for a car that was supposed to cost me $77 for 24 hour period. I fully expect to get the deposits back because the car was in good shape and the attendant at the New Orleans airport and drop off, the nicest person in the whole process, told me everything was fine. So yes got a good experience.

Customer service wasn’t horrible, but there were no cars and no reservation I made could be honored. You should not allow someone to book a reservation if you do not have the availability. I had to be in Dallas that same day and I wasn’t made aware that they couldn’t honor the rental until they opened up the next morning.

Very bad experience picking up. Waited an hour and a half to get to the counter. Car smelled like someone smoked in it and there were bird feces all over it. The car drove fine and was good enough for my long driving trip.

I had a shock when I turned up to the airport and my car hire that was listed on the website as £250 turned into a bill of almost £600! Insurance costs just under £80 for each day and then a petrol price of $9.90 per gallon is just outrageous! Had no choice as needed a car and other providers sold out as it was collection time. Misleading

The employee came out covered in sweat, gunk all over his shirt, pants falling off. He wasnt the most pleasant person to deal with and asked me for a copy of my insurance. NEVER in all my history of renting cars have I ever experienced this. I travel for work 2.5 weeks out of every month getting rental cars all over the global and have never had this. I don't have a copy of my declaration page on hand with me so I was forced to pay an extra $31 a DAY. Unbelievable but I had no choice since I needed the car asap

Car was not ready at pickup , we had no option but to take a car that was in my opinion not comparable to a ford edge. But as avis was closing in the next hour we were forced to take a car less than expected. The car had several issues. One of the tires half-flattened daily and all tires were worn out, hardly any profile. Also issues with the door locks. First time in my life a very bad experience with Avis. Tried to change the car but for these kind of issues Avis cannot be reached.

The shuttle was supposed to take 5 minutes, but it was 30 minutes late. Brought us to a run down almost empty building, where we were asked for more information than I've ever had to give a rental car company. Couldn't inspect the car because it was in a dark lot, but it turned out to be fine. When we went back to return the car, nobody was there and everything was locked up! There was no shuttle back to the airport and nobody to return the car to. Very sketchy. I'm monitoring my credit card statement.

* Had to take a shuttle to a spot to get another shuttle, so it took extra time. (two shuttles for pick-up & two shuttles for drop off) * The car was a 2019 with 88K miles, and was in rough shape. * I may have saved my company a few dollars, but I wouldn't use again.

Price was good but not worth all the extra time it took to follow their extensive -- and confusing -- directions to get to the car rental location, involving several van rides, and then do the drop-off. Also, holding my breath that they got the car since we dropped it off at 6 pm at the airport on a Sunday after they had closed earlier that day -- which I hadn't realized. Our instructions, delivered by text, were to park the car at the long-term parking lot and leave the doors unlocked with the parking ticket and keys in the glove compartment! And take photos to show where the car was parked and text them to them.

THE CAR RENTAL BOOTH WAS NOT AT THE AIRPORT WITH THE OTHERS. THERE WAS A PHONE NUMBER BUT NO ONE ANSWERED. THERE WAS NO ACTUAL ADDRESS ON THE ECONOMY WEBSITE FOR NEW ORLEANS AIRPORT. WE HAD TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. WE WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE.

Never again; Rented my car to someone else. When I got to pickup, they were closed. Left several phone messages but no one returned my calls. Also there were no cars available at any of the other rental car companies. Had to Uber to Biloxi $170 later. The worst experience ever.
