Staff was very good and clear in explanations. Car was ready when expected. No additional fees were charged.
Hertz Tirana informed us that our agreed Car was canceled three days before our travel date. This is a big disgrace. I will never work with Hertz and Kayak again and I have told all my friends.
The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful and attentive. He bought us coffee when we arrived. We had an issue with the car after we left. We had no idea where we were and he somehow found us and gave us a new car. He was a wonderful find.
Hello I made reservation through "priceline" But unfortunately when I arrived to Hertz rental car office in TIRANA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. They said we don't have car.and they trying to find excuses and lies. The next day I went to the airport and I rent a car from different company for the amount 750 € I regret this type of business with "Hertz" and I need consideration for this MATTER from YOU.
