The check in process was quick and efficient. The specific car I was hoping to get was not readily available, but Tony, the manager Took action and was able to get the car we hoped for…. Added bonus he spent 10 friendly minutes chatting while we waited. It was clear by the number of staff who passed by saying hi, that Tony is well liked and runs a very efficient rental car agency. The car arrived clean, the return process was as smooth as the arrival. The best Rental car experience that we’ve ever had.
At first, the Alamo agent did not want to accept the price I had booked with Kayak. Tried to charge almost double! (The Alamo price, he said!) He was able to correct it. All good. Clean car, nice ride.
From the sale guy at London to the lady in Toronto terminal with a smile will make us a customer again 👍
Folks at the airport kiosk were great.
late arriving plane and NO ONE stayed to meet us for the rental. I was to continue my journey another hour of driving to get to my destination at midnight and had no car to drive!!! Never again
