Rate was aprox $140.00 but went to $299. At counter trapped in Mexico what else can you do but pay it NOT HAPPY WITH KAYA AND not MonitoringCompanies for excessive charges
Grossly overpriced, Using Uber 2-3 times/day would have been much less expensive, and much more convenient. In addition, Budget substantial "daily" insurance fee, which was not disclosed at the time I made the booking. This part is completely unacceptable.
Charged more than agreed. Gave away my car and barely a discount for lower car.
Caring customer service. Fast rental car Bus, quick pick up and drop off.
Pros:There was nothing to like about this experience other than the friendliness of the shuttle driver and desk associate.
Cons:The car we received was old and dirty. The steering wheel was peeling and the one headlight wasn’t working. Also, the rear hatch would shake and make noise uncontrollably when driving on the highway. Terrible reventar experience.
