We arrived later than expected because of the airlines, but the customer service people stayed and we had our car ready.

Our car was filthy, had a lot of blood stains all over, we felt so uncomfortable driving the car, if there are blood stains that means the car didn’t get cleaned. Our tires was bald and we didn’t feel safe driving. Seems like their cars are not maintained. It’s not safe to drive a car with tires that are very thin. Very disappointed with our rental, to think we’re in a different country and we want to make sure we feel safe.

The first car I received was unfortunately, difficult to drive because the transmission was subpar. I called the rental office and they immediately told me that they could give me a different car. The second car I received was much better and I had no problems with it during the month of rental.

Vehicle from booking (Toyota Rav 4) was completely different from one picked up (Hyundai Creta). Very stained seats, missing cover for electric parking button, and even a hole in a seat (from a cigarette?). It was a 2022 model with no backup camera.

Thrifty did not actually have any car’s available. The website incorrectly allowed a reservation to occur. There was no problem with the local staff, they were very kind.

We went to the rental company and they did not have a car to rent. They said kayak secured the reservation without checking to see if they had a car. The biggest problem is that I prepaid you for insurance that I am having problems getting refunded. Bad experience!

Tried to charge me $100 more than the agreed price when I was picking up the car. The agent was not very friendly but was thorough in noting the damage to the vehicle and provided the option to drop the car off at the airport for an up charge instead of back to the resort.

Car was all ready and clean. Last few times I rented the car was not clean. Everything was ready. All I had to do was sign and drive. They would not pick me up. I had to take a cab which costs me $17 to go get the car.

The car was very good on fuel & ac worked very well. This car was good for (5) adults only, we found it just adequate for our use of travelling around the island using (3) in the back seat, the rear can only be used for a child. We had to wait for our car on arrival due to late drop off - the staff handled it very well, offering us a replacement (to small) or waiting! Once car arrived the staff very quickly took it and cleaned & had it back for inspection very quickly. Overall a very good experience Thank you

The price was good. The quality of the battery was poor (first car I got offered), the brakes were dangerous (car I received after turning the first car in the first day), the performance was mediocre (the third car I got after turning the second car in the second day). But, considering the price and the customer service Ingot I am most content.

Très bonne equipe devoue chez Entreprise a Curacao, tout était clair. Le site internet de Kayak ordinaire parce que on m'a affiche des prix en dollars canadiens alors qu'ils sont en dollars americains ce qui fait une grande différence de prix d'environ 120$ Le prix afficher devrait être dans la devise demandee lors de la recherche internet. J'attend donc un remboursement de la part de Kayak.

The car had 110,000 km on it. The check engine light and a beeping sound greeted my as we left the pickup area and all the way to the hotel.

The car was very old. Has no rear camera nor power door locks. Had to sign my life away for any damage whatsoever. I have used Sixt in the USA, but never in Aruba. I will not use them ever again in Aruba. It was very difficult not having a backup camera or power door locks. Every time I had to open the doors, I had to go to the drivers side. No exterior door lock on the passenger size. May not sound like such a big deal until you have packages or trying to open the car from the passenger side. Disappointed!

We expected to pick up the car directly from the airport when we didn't see an Economy sign at first we thought we were ripped off had to ask someone where to go. There was a person holding a small sign across the street that stated Economy in very small letters, we were a bit confused. He had to take us from the airport down the street to where we picked up the car. The were very nice at the rental company and very helpful. We felt that we were misrepresented and could have chosen another rental company if we knew this ahead of time.

the pick-up person was at the airport waiting for us with a cold van to take us to our car. The fellows at the rental office were very accomidating and pleasant.l totally recommend this company. The drop off was equally easy. I would use them the next time I am in Aruba ,which will be next year.
