Paid 400 eur upfront for the ren with stressfreecarrental, inkl full cover insurance and thought it was all cared for, but no. Was asked another 450 eur at the airport! 850 eur in total for 4 day rent. I called 8 time to reach out to stressfreecarrental but they had a machine asking to call back or write do to busy line. So no help. I whent to a another dealer at the airport and got 530 eur for the same. Whent back to green motion and had no uption but to pay the additional 450. And then green motion did not have the mid size car and offerme e small WV polo downgrade. Or wait 3 hours to get the mid size I ordered. Had no time to wait... So over all a sad and expensive experience, do not recommend any of this operators. Alternatively Use the classic SIXT or Avid or so and get a much better deal.

Was not given a car unless I paid a ridiculous deposit after booking. They haven't refunded the initial booking after I was left stranded without a car. AVOID at all costs. Currently attempting to get a chargeback from Credit Card.

here is not with the existence of a deposit, but with the fact that the rental company demanded an unreasonably high deposit that was never disclosed transparently during the booking process. The estimated deposit mentioned in the terms and conditions (USD 350) was not what I was asked to pay upon arrival. The actual deposit was far higher, making it impossible for me to proceed with the rental. Since the service I paid for was not provided, this situation falls under “service not rendered,” and I should not be charged for it. As you indicated that this booking is serviced by Expedia, I kindly request that you: Escalate this case directly to Expedia on my behalf. Provide me with written confirmation that my dispute and refund request have been forwarded for resolution. Please understand that I am not disputing the policy itself, but the fact that I did not receive the service I paid for due to misleading or incomplete disclosure of the required deposit. I trust you will assist me in ensuring that my case is handled fairly and promptly. Thank you, Abdullah Alresheid

I was charged an extra €50 to travel between Latvia and Lithuania, although I returned the car to the original pickup location. I was also required to contact my insurance company and have a proof of liability insurance emailed to them to avoid another €50 charge.
