Pick up of the car was delayed by Hertz for more than an hour at the location, gas tank was only 3/4 full. When I returned the car the Hertz employee claimed that there was more gas in the tank at pick up than 3/4. I didn’t agree with that. He then callled me “a conflicting type”. The branch needs to be managed much better.
The car I was given was smaller than what I paid for, dirty and with a faulty brake. Waited a long time at the airport to receive it.
Pickup/ drop off, still waiting for response from the team
The car was very okay for the price. We took the cheapest option and received an okay working vehicle without any major flaws (the radio didn't work and the acceleration wasn't the best for Armenian conditions but it was super fine in the end). The pick up and drop off in Jerevan was always delayed - however, we were lucky that our flight from Jerevan was delayed, so the delayed arrival of the company representation didn't affect us. Nevertheless, for others I recommend to have a bit less tight schedule and keep bigger time space.
