Why did Kayak make this reservation to me KNOWING Routes for not rent to people with a local address? AND sold me 3rd party insurance that I would be charged for but unable to use? No coordination between 3 companies that left me high and dry without a ride. Boooo!!!

The vehicle was not maintained at all and never should have been assigned to a customer. Upon returning the vehicle, a supervisor acknowledged the situation and promised to give me a 25 percent discount on the rental price -- but then did not do that. When trying to communicate with Routes during the rental period, I found that the language barrier made it difficult.

Very rude counter person and manager Demanded my car insurance- not just card, but all the liability limits Demanded to see my return flight confirmation $500 withholding I walked away at midnight very bad experience, not just for me, but for others renting at the same time.
