Took a $20 taxi to pick up our car rental. Location was closed. I even got a reminder email the day before. Called Dollar. They confirmed location was closed. Dollar left me stranded and out $40 for the two taxi rides. AVOID DOLLAR. BAD COMPANY

Was to pick car up @2pm.got there 2.30pm had to wait over 30 minutes There was vibration on the steering over certain speed called them 3 to 4 times with my concern initially they offered a replacement but not the same they said they will call back . Nothing no calls . Unfortunate

Eventhough, it was a low season in Dubai, I have waisted more than 2 hours from the time I arrive to the Alamo office at airport untile I have received the car.. and it took me more than 30 minutes to drop-off the car.. It iwas unconvinced..

Alamo failed to clearly communicate that they do NOT have a pick-up/drop-off desk in Terminal 2! Although the reservation said that it was "Airport Pickup," and the fine print DID say they had desks in T1 and T3, it did not give sufficient heads up that T2 is very far from T1 and T3, and there is no airport shuttle, and no way to walk there from T2. This meant we had to walk around for 30-45 min figuring out what to do, and in the end, we had to book an airport taxi (with its expensive airport fee) BOTH for pick-up AND drop-off, which added to our expenses and even worse, added to our inconvenience and time. When I told the staff, they were very apologetic, but they were unable to help offer us a ride and did not take much responsibility at all.

The Thrifty staff was very unhelpful and showed he had no intention to even guide me. The drop off procedure was also very complicated and when I asked for help, he simply told me he had otherwise customers to attend, bearing in mind that this was about 10-15 minutes from the closing time so very unlikely there will be customers picking up cars.

The equipment used were satisfactory with basic options. The car we got was basically brand new with roughly 3000 kms. Thrifty car rental agents were amazing at Dubai airport.

They did not have the car that was originally booked. But were gracious enough to upgrade me to a higher grade vehicle. Albeit that we felt that it was more expensive than it should have been. The people were very helpful and the vehicle was in excellent condition.

Car was not ready on time, I had to wait to receive it, and the staff in the office did not bother to have it brought down until AFTER I was done with the paperwork. The car was relatively clean, but they used a cleaner that left residue on the navigation screen that I could not get off. The car had 1/4 tank of gas, but the paperwork said it was full. When I brought it back, they charged me for a tank of gas because I returned it as they delivered it to me. I won't rent from Enterprise at Dubai Terminal 3 again. Ever.

They refused to accept our creditcard as my official name is my maiden name however the credit ard name has both maiden name as my husband's name on there as is custom in our country. So we could t book at the end.

One of the worst experience , very bad car ,nissan sunny and no screen to connect with phone(very important to use navigator and I don't believe there is still some car with no screen , pick up the car from terminal 3 and I took an hour to get the documents and also I asked to drop the car at terminal 2 , she said we don't have a counter at terminal 2 , you have to drop the car at terminal 3 and take a taxi to T2 , later one I realized there is a counter at terminal 2 but it's funny the open from 1pm to 5 pm anyone else come before and after this time has to go to T1 or T3

high price ..they made me pay the ticket parking although i didnt park in it ... after they made me sign the contract the car they gave me was not the one i chose they forced me to take a small one and i was tired and had no choice ..

Drop off experience was a nightmare, Abel took 30 min to do the check out, he inspected the car from the bottom to the top like he was going to buy this car from me, his extremely slow pace was really frustrating when you have a flight to catch and you on the run!
