Cons (-) This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in years. The service is poor, the staff are unfriendly, and the food is disgusting. At the reception desk, different employees would quote different rules, as if they didn't know the proper procedures themselves. The internet connection is weak. Pros (+) Clean, tidy and good for everyone.
Cons (-) Couldn’t understand why the kitchen area was not open in our room when we was all inclusive. Also some outdoor entertainment in the evening would be better than having to sit inside.
