The location looked more like a warehouse than a car rental facility. And taking 2 shuttles is a bit much. But the prices for rentals was very good.

Price is competitive, but it's off site and requires two shuttles to get to. Their hours differ from the airlines, especially if you incur a delay so if your plane gets in late, they may be closed (in 2023 LAS is down one runway so delays are pretty common RN). In-car air filter is in desperate need of replacement, and be careful with insurance. Even the tiniest ding in the windshield and you'll wish you got the insurance. My biggest issue was the employee at the counter tried to upsell my into a different class car, stating that they were out of the cars I reserved. When I pressed that I'd rather wait, she checked in the back and magically there was another car ready to go. Something about it 'not yet showing up in the inventory on her screen'. Seems sus- don't trust. Will probably jus go with on-site rental next time.

We picked our car up, which was brand new with only 200 miles, and drove to breakfast. The car was broken into with the back window smashed. I called and spoke to someone who was very nice and understanding. When we returned to swap cars everyone was sympathetic and it was quick and easy to get our next car. This was in Las Vegas

I liked the car. It took me 2 hours to get my car. I booked a Tahoe and was told it was getting cleaned up. I was directed to wait for 15-20 minutes and then go to the spot where it would be. It was not there ever and then they parked a smaller SUV in that spot. I spoke to a garage assistant and they said it was coming. After an 11/2 hour wait, it was still unavailable. Then I was told they didn’t have a Tahoe and I would have to accept something else. I had no choice but to accept the smaller SUV after a 2 hr wait.

Well I reserved my car for 12, but when I got to the location they were at lunch. I waited 45 min for nothing as I was told when they got back I was at the 2nd location within the casino and needed to go to the other. Well they didn't have my card. The customer service agent was great, but I had to wait another 1.5 hours for my car to be ready. That sucked

when we got to pick up the car, they could not find our resey, took her awhile. Not sure why but she said it was because we booked on priceline. Price was super high, but I guess that's everywhere now.
