I booked a Compact car (Toyota Aygo) but, since I arrived a bit later than scheduled (that's on me), they had no more cars available – ANY cars, apart from one Volvo XC 90. Which I agreed to rent for an upgrade, since I needed a car. The clerk was very helpful, took the time to explain details of the vehicle, gave some tips on the places we were going to visit, the car was great and everything was quickly solved.

I was one hour late and they said there is no car and they wont give me anything instead.

They blocked almost 2800 usd , thats way more thsn normal. And they charged extra every chance they get
