Alamo emailed us the night before our flight to say they would have no car for us so we were left scrambling to find a replacement and paid 50% more because it was a last minute reservation.
I didn't even get my car because they didn't have the automatic I booked. I also waited a long time, then had payment issues (my cards have been working everywhere else). I do not recommend this place at all
