Zero hassle - fabulous service!
Friendly staff, good car, nothing to complain
J’ai réservé une voiture en avril et j’ai appelé une semaine à l’avance avant notre arrivée au Québec ( 14 juillet). La voiture demandée n’était pas disponible et il n’y avait pas de choix de remplacement. Nous avons pris le dernier choix proposé et l’employé n’a pas fait le tour de la voiture avec nous. Il ne nous a pas montré le fonctionnement de la voiture, ni expliquer les conditions. Il y avait des égratignures et des bris sur la voiture et ils n’ont pas pris le temps de nous rassurer qu’elles étaient là avant que nous prenions possession. De plus, le service à la clientèle a notre arrivée n’était pas invitant. Les employés présent étaient désagréables. Nous sommes déçu de notre service.
The staff at the pickup not organized at all, had to wait for an hour to get the car.
Loved the car but disappointed with drop off. Had to leave the car before 10pm at a location that closed at 5pm. Miscommunication on Hertz’s part, which is really an easy fix. Thankfully I was ready earlier to give the car back and had time for a druve way out of my way to return the rental.
