It could always be cheaper, but other then that my experience was amazing!
Cons:The rental office closed at 1 am, and our flight was delayed from an original arrival time of 12:30. I had called them ahead to explain that my initial arrival was changed to 12:30 AM, and they didn't tell me that the rental counter closed at 1 am. This left not only me but other stranded at the airport, and I had to take a Lyft into town an hour away.
This was an old van that had 62k miles on it and was in need of maintenance. It shimmed and was noise. Not the comfort level I expected from a rental. Also, the service staff was good but under manned. Nobody present when I returned my vehicle.
Our flight into Omaha was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after the Alamo rental counter closed at 1:00 AM but the rental agent that helped us in the garage with pickup and checkout was absolutely FANTASTIC! He couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.
We turned the car in later than expected, but they did not charge us extra. Great customer service!
