The car service is good, pick up drop are easy. Staff is friendly. But the problem is i was over charged, i requested for an early pickup, around 2 hours. I was charged a whole day because of this early pickup, charging extra is fine but they didn’t inform about the charges, my mistake was trusting them and blindly signing the contract. Very poor customer service, never connected to the direct person and never got an answer for my email. I was charged 75 euros extra.
I would feel more comfortable if I was able to check the state of the vehicle before picking it up. Instead, I was instructed to send a message if I find any damage after signing the papers. Fortunately there were no problems with the car.
