Excellent service from the staff. Our pick up office in Umag is not open all the time during the day so when we arrived earlier than anticipated we had to wait. Other than that the drop off in Split Downtown was very easy and the staff were excellent. The car was in great condition and performed very well.

Very Good|Jul 2023
They tried to add some extra fees because I was planning to take a ferry to an island so I ended up leaving a car parked before the ferry crossing (which actually worked fine for me)
We loved our car and the service at the rental agency was fantastic. Our only challenge is that we did not have a way to call the agency for our initial pick up because we are international travelers.

I was unable to reach the company to cancel my reservation as I had booked incorrectly initially. I ended up losing money because I couldn’t get through via phone or email.

I had the car for three weeks from ZAG airport and traveled more than 2,500 kilometers and the rental could not have gone better. The car was clean and in great condition and got very good gas mileage. The staff was friendly and dedicated to their business, fleet, and customers. Just be sure to build in a little extra time for pick up and drop off as they are not located right at the airport with the other rental companies, but they are very nearby and always willing to assist with your pickup/dropoff with their shuttle bus.

We never got our car because no one ever showed up to the office. So we’ve been charged but we got no car for our trip. Do not use this company.
Very helpful and professional service. Important to know: It’s not possible to book a car with a debit card, you have to have a credit card otherwise you have to pay an extra €150 for an insurance.

We picked up the car in Zagreb Croatia (airport) and drove to Split Croatia. The roads were wonderful! The return was uneventful except it took a while to find the "downtown" location. They were not open at the airport when we arrived and had to return the next morning in the city. Once we located the store front it was quick and easy!

Car was ready although it wasn’t what we thought what we were renting. At pickup in Dubrovnik the clerks made no effort to appraise us of essentials pertaining to the vehicle. If we hadn’t asked we wouldn’t have known that the gas tank was accessible through opening the driver’s door nor that the car required diesel fuel. No instructions regarding the spare tire which became problematic when we got a flat. It seemed like they just wanted to give you the key and get you out of the office.
