The car could have been cleaned better. Found a bottle of previous user under the seat. Car was not full loaded with petrol, but that i managed by keeping my bills from tanking gasoline. With that i could prove that i tanked more than that i used. So that part went very well

Nissan Altima is apparently considered a full-size car. 1 agent working the desk with a line of at least 30 people is not good customer service. All cars should be available for fast pickup vs having to wait in the line.

Budget counter agent refused my initial credit card, AppleCard. Stated that corporate policy didn’t allow for CC without numbers printed visible on the card surface. Paid with different card. Agent generally unfriendly, like he was mad that he was working on Christmas Eve day. Returned the vehicle as scheduled, stopped on the way to the airport and refilled the gas tank. Dropped it off at the appropriate place. Agent on duty looked into the car, acknowledged “everything good?” with a thumbs up. Was charged for having returned the vehicle with an empty tank. Fuel charge was $140.95 Was able to speak to someone at Budget on Friday. That person (sorry that I cannot remember his name) was very helpful. He was not aware of any corporate policy re: AppleCard. The fuel charge has been refunded. Not a stellar performance from Budget
