The location of the office is wrong on all GPS apps, so it took us almost an hour to find. The number we called from the email confirm couldn’t find our reservation so couldn’t verify that they were the right location. When we got there, we had to wait 25 minutes for the person in front of us to get their car. Then when we got to the front of the line they said they didn’t have our reservation. We made it that morning and they said it takes hours to get to their system. So they spent 30 minutes calling budgets help number. Then when they confirmed it- they said I had to pay a minimum of $60/day for insurance or put down a $2,500USD deposit plus $8/day to track the vehicle. I reserved the vehicle until 7pm, and when I said I would be back around 5 or 6 they said they close at 4, and we had to keep the car for the night. If we wanted to park it in their garage for the night it would be $15/hour. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes from the time we walked in the door at budget to the time we got the car. When we returned the car that took another 25 minutes and they couldn’t figure out how to give me back the money they placed on hold my card at time of reservation. I am still waiting for that $250 to be returned to my card.
