I reserved the reservation for pick up @ 10 am. We arrived @ the location for pick up prior to opening & had to wait until 10 am. There was only one employee working @ the counter & I thought we could have picked up the car sooner. It looks like you need more help @ this location. The other suggestion I would like to make is upon returning the vehicle to The Wynn hotel we did not receive instructions on where to go. We stopped in Valet & we're directed to the 2nd floor in the self parking garage. We did this & we're told it's on the 1st floor. A lot of running around to return the car especially when u are trying to get to the airport. I would suggest your team member give specific directions on where to return the vehicle @ the beginning especially when you're in a busy city like Las Vegas.

Unfamiliar with the area. Accidentally made rental with a site in Phoenix that was not at the airport where I thought it was. I was offered a car for $500 more for 2.5 days. I was not offered anything less expensive to pick up a car on site. I walked next-door to a competitor and got a better deal than I had originally gotten with Hertz. You do not take care of your people . I obviously did not use the rental.

When I called Hertz to have my gold member number added they said they would need to cancel and then reschedule my reservation. They rescheduled at a different location than the airport so when we went to pick up car at airport, they said it wasn't at that location. They were able to accomodate us but not without a little pushing on my part.

Comfortable car with amazing gas mileage for a mon-hybrid. Rental process was easy at a good price. Our only frustration was with tire sensor going off often, even after filling air to specs.

A manager observed my dilemma, came to the rescue & drove me back to the airport, found wheelchair assistance for me and even got my bag checked - all during a situation when I could have missed my flight on this 115 degree day. She was amazing. I think her name was Elaine.

I put my son on my rental as a driver. We asked two ladies at Hwy 111 (Palm Desert/Palm Springs) if there was a charge and was told no. When I returned the car, the Phoenix store had added a fee of $120. The charge was rescinded after some unpleasant discussion. I will look at Enterprise with more scrutiny and less favorable as I go forward.

Great friendly staff who waited after the 5 PM closing time for our arrival around 5:15 PM. Very congenial and accommodating people and fairly quick pickup process. Location is very far from airport, but much better pricing with a gas station next door for refllign before drop off.
