We (pregnant wife, 2 yr old, and I) had to wait 2 hours outside in high heat/humidity with no AC and no access to water to check-in for the vehicle. Given no information throughout the exhausting wait (this is after 20 hrs of travel). After finally arriving at the front desk, I was told “this is our busy time”. When I suggested doing something so this doesn’t happen every day, staff didn’t even see the issue of forcing people to wait so long as an issue to work or show any signs that they cared that I thought it was one. Vehicle wasn’t even ready after check-in. Had to wait for it to be vacuumed and washed. $2200 for 7 days plus $400 in airport and concession fees and $130 for being 33 minutes into the next day at drop-off for a baseline Ford Explorer. SUV was covered in dirt at pick up and only given 1 FOB. What a miserable experience. Never using Dollar again.
