Pickup was a disaster. It took easily 30 minutes and there was only person ahead of me. The staff seemed lost and constantly going to agency next to them for assistance. I watched that same nearby agency process a dozen people, my entire flight got their bags and then I finally got my rental. Painful. Drop-off was easy enough, but the pick-up prices was pure misery

We had the best experience with Dollar at Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport! Not only was the rental car agent at the counter welcoming, kind and helpful, but Dollar responded very quickly when we had issues with the car about halfway through our trip. Road side assistance and the rental car agent had a new car to us in less than three hours, which involved the team driving two hours to meet us at our accommodation with a replacement car. It was unlike any customer service we had ever received from a rental car agency! We were truly impressed by and appreciative of their services. It is evident that they care about their customers and their overall experience. Thank you to the Dollar BZE team for making our trip safe, easy and worry-free!

You should have more professional and honest people in Syracuse location. After more then one hrs waiting to car get clean they informed me to they don’t have car for me. So waisting my time. Unprofessional
