The car was is unsafe driving condition. No windshield wiper fluid. Could barely see out of the windshield. The car made a grinding noise when turning. The car was not on full upon pick up. The maintenance required take care to dealer indicator light was on. Absolutely HORRIFIC. Parked car. Did not drive it. Extremely disappointed.

It would have been a better experience if they actually had the SUV I rented. Instead I had to sign a new contract at almost three times the price for an old beat up Hyundai.

I have never been treated so well at a rental car place. The gal that helped us was so kind and bubbly. We accidentally rented the car somewhere else and she was able to fix everything, match the price and get us on our way.

Has a reservation, only to be told at pick up they had no car available. Told us we’d just have to come back or wait 4hrs or more. No accountability no apology just rude, unprofessional. When i complained as to why no one contacted me ahead of time, and that making a reservation was literally to avoid this situation they said they won’t rent to me! Worst experience ever will never book Herz again.

The rental place did not have my car when I showed up to pick it up. They claimed they tried calling me beforehand and claimed they didn't have my phone number even though it was clearly on the reservation. Needless to say, I would never use them again.

I was allowed to book a car at locations that did not have cars available. It was inconvenient and time consuming to call multiple rental locations myself before finally settling on a location that had cars available, but at a much higher price.
