The office where we were told to pick up the car no longer existed. There was a sign on the door, informing us that the office had moved. Also, we had hoped to return the car a day early, only to find that the office was closed on Sundays.

That was ok. I was disappointed that there was very small scratch on the painting I am site that was not made by me. When I got the car the attendant said that we did not need to do an inspection because the insurance was total and so I trusted him…. but to return the car had inspection and they found it…. I believe that we should always carry out the inspection beforehand and not trust the attendant.
