Super friendly staff!
While the vehicle was fine, the price was higher than I contracted for on Kayak! Enterprise support was pretty useless and wouldn't do anything other than say contact Kayak and that sometimes Kayak's pricing was in US dollars. I had a copy of my reservation and it didn't specify which type of currency it was. When I logged into Kayak it specified US$. While Enterprise didn't give me the price I thought I had contracted, they did give me a better one. How can Kayak be so stupid as to quote prices in US$ when booking a rental in Canada? Definitely will consider their actions when booking in the future!

Everything was fine! They even give me a free upgrade, nice car!
Car had pigeon poop all over it, and we had to unexpectedly take a ferry to return the car since they moved into the island, but the staff is nice and good value for the amount of payment.
