Everything was smooth and easy. The Wrangler was a lot of fun to drive and was immaculate. Go Hertz!
They didn’t have my reservation. So they lied.
The sales worseeeee ever , the worse salessa
From start to finish it was a smooth and quick process. There was a tiny issue with a car (the parking break wouldn't disengagel, but I just got in another car and was on my way.
Pros:They had a car.
Cons:Not waiting in line in the wrong line. It took almost an hour and I had someone who was ill waiting in my car. When you turned on air conditioner, it smelled like dog feces!! But because it had taken so long we just kept car instead of going back and getting another one. When we went to final check out they said we didn’t have the extra car insurance which I should have already had on, so they added it but I had to keep checking my credit card to make sure I wasn’t double billed. The car had a whine during the whole 700 mile trip!
