When I went to pick up the car that I had already pre-paid for they added new taxes and service fees which was quite a surprise. When I took the car back I had inspected it and it looked fine I went in side and the service agent went out to inspect the car and then came in and told me that there was an area in the front bumper that was pushed in. I went back out with him and I said that was not there when I dropped off the car and he said that it was. He said I would have to pay for it. I asked to speak to his manager and he said the manager was not available I asked to see the local cameras to see if he had pushed it in and he said that I would have to figure that out on my own. I proceeded to fix the bumper which he asked me not to do and when I left it was good as new. I am disgusted with that kind of behavior and I wonder who else they do it to.

Pickup and drop-off were smooth. The car was in nice condition. Also appreciate them being open a couple hours later than other agencies in the city, as it saved me a trip to Pearson.

Many hidden fees. We ended up not taking the rental because of this. Caused us a lot of stress. Never again!
