All was good except upon drop off the gate was closed even though I specifically asked about it being open early. I think the attendant may have been asleep in the booth.

Flight have been cancelled in Catania (Sicilia) and replaced by a flight in Reggio Calabre (It). We had some problem to reach someone at Dollar to confirm the possibility to change return of the car. It's hard sometine to reach someone by phone, should be easier to reach by email or facebook

Due to some challenges, our flight was delayed at Naples. Still the person at Dollar waited out of opening hours near to mid night. Very appreciate for this. Special Thanks to him. After rental, the car I received was not Good. In the back, Always a Big noise during the whole trip. This noise was many times distracting while driving. The quality of car was not Good. Gaves challenges many time in the uphill. Even we stuck two times a bit scary. The car’s drawing force was extremely bad. I was booked for Jeep Renegade But got some lokal car Brand Name «dr». Very bad.

This was like hiring a car thirty years ago! Incredibly long queues (with a ticket system that nobody knew existed) and incredibly long check-in procedures. The check-in staff tried to shake me down for extra money on three occasions, despite me having made and paid-for the booking in advance. I will never rent from Dollar again.
The pick up spot was extremely difficult to find. No clear signs and not close to the office

We arrived early and our car was not ready. We were upgraded to a better car for a fee which included GPS/navigation. We drove to Amalfi and Pompeii. We might still be trying to navigate Naples. I don't recommend driving in Italy without navigation!! .
