They did not have any cars available when I went to pick it up. They tried extremely hard for hours, contacting every other Enterprise in town to try to find me a car, but the supply was so tight that they were not able to get me one. I was able to reschedule and the staff did try extreme hard to help me, but there was a major error which left me without a car when I needed it.
