The pickup and dropoff was a little confusing since they are off site from the airport, and you have to take two shuttles to arrive at their facility. They also have a strange requirement that you must have a comprehensive vehicle coverage on your own car to rent from them, which I heard many clients loudly complaining about. Luckily, my travel credit card offers full coverage on rentals and they accepted that. The process was smooth for me. The car I rented had no gas in it, but they offered me another SUV that was smaller (all they had at the time) but I accepted the SUV with no gas because it was the model I wanted. Not a major issue though as the gas station was near by. Overall a positive experience!

They were supposed to send a shuttle to pick me up from the car rental consortium but the shuttle never arrived. I called 8ish times and they never picked up the phone. I had to rent another car from another agency instead.

As far as the price is concerned it was definitely worth it 110% my only issue was the van to drop us off was only to fort Worth and they didn't provide a shuttle to or from Dallas love field and a heads up would've been nice.

They are not good, even they don’t know how to handle costumers. They didn’t willing to give me a car unless I have to insurance from them , they don’t like me to use my Owen Gieco insurance. so I have to find another car rental to get one. Waste of my time and paying for taxi and Uber

Pick up was crazy.. only 2 people to assist a office 15 plus people trying to either pick up or drop off vehicles. Took over 45 minutes to get rental

There was absolutely nothing to like, from pickup to rental period to customer service, everything was a hassle and Hertz was completely unhelpful.

The car was in no condition to drive. There was noises coming out of the dashboard that got louder as I accelerated and it was so loud in the cabin that my wife and I had to scream. The washer fluid ran out after an hour on my way to New Mexico. The journey was horrible and Hertz in New Mexico did not have a car for me to swap at 4 locations. It wasted our vacation time and we had to cut our trip short to return back whilst enduring the noises for 12 hours, stopping on the way several times to check the car.
