Loved the new location in downtown San Francisco that I discovered through this rental. The customer service was super friendly (and the rep and I even had the same birthday!). Loved the blue color of the Hyundai rental too. Car was also very clean and comfortable with plenty of trunk space to accommodate my friend's luggage from overseas. Since I was returning the car "after hours," I had to navigate the garage and also the drop box for the key. It was dark. Good thing the rep was down in the garage otherwise I would not have found my way to the parking area, drop box for the key or the way out of the garage. There should be more signs and better lighting but otherwise, everything else was really great. Thank you!

We were so happy with the Mazda mid size SUV! We might have to shop to buy one! Excellent gas mileage, smooth ride and lots of space.

I appreciated ordering the car online. I got a call the day before telling me that they would not likely have the vehicle, and that I would have to find another driver to have two vehicles. The vehicle was available, but instead of a 15 seater, it had room for 11, causing me to get another vehicle. I used the van for scouts, and it reeked of cigarette smoke and made me dizzy while driving it. I could not adjust the driver's seat properly, and I asked one of the agents to assist me when I got in the van, and he basically told me to adjust it myself when he checked the van. I had to hold my arms out the entire time in order to drive the vehicle. When I returned the van, I had a difficult time with the agent when I expressed these issues, and she said that she understood but I needed to pay the full amount, and did not forward me to a manager when I asked. I don't see myself ever renting from this system again.
