It's my first time renting a car. Everything was okay but some things were not very clear, like the amount of fuel in the tank etc. I expect to get money back from the extra fuel I filled in, compared to how much I received the car with.

We loved our car and the service at the rental agency was fantastic. Our only challenge is that we did not have a way to call the agency for our initial pick up because we are international travelers.

I had the car for three weeks from ZAG airport and traveled more than 2,500 kilometers and the rental could not have gone better. The car was clean and in great condition and got very good gas mileage. The staff was friendly and dedicated to their business, fleet, and customers. Just be sure to build in a little extra time for pick up and drop off as they are not located right at the airport with the other rental companies, but they are very nearby and always willing to assist with your pickup/dropoff with their shuttle bus.

Cheapest car rental I've seen in a very long time, but absolutely no problems or delays. Airport pickup was quick and efficient (as was the late hour drop-off and drive back to the airport), they even gave me an upgrade. Altogether fast and friendly, would not hesitate to use this again in the future.

I picked the Enterprise at Zagreb airport because I wanted to work with an American (at least affiliated) company and I want a VW Golf. I was offered an Opel Astra. When I asked if a VW Golf was available, I was told that the agency did not even have a Golf. I understand that when rental cars are listed they always say "or similar", but you should be allowed to list a car as a comparable if you don't have one in your fleet. They should have listed "Opel Astra, Or Similar". I was also surprised to learn that insurance was an option with agent at the airport. When I made my reservation, I purchased insurance, which was through a third-party provided. The desk agent told me if I wanted to purchase insurance through them, I should have selevted "NO" during booking and then that would open the option to purchase insurance at time of vehicel pickup. That makes no sense to me. Additionally, the agent charged me a 2,400 Euro deposit since I did not purchase insurance through them. Lastly, the had over 90,000km on it and had several system failure lights that displayed after I left the lot.Lucklily the car drive fine and was clearn. Overall, I would not recommend renting from Enterprise at Zagreb airport.
