Absolutely terrible customer care and bunch of scammers. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The guy who assisted me was a young guy in his 20s that was acting super weird then he mentioned all these fees and he said “it sucks but you can leave “

The waiting time.
Absolutely terrible! After waiting in line for almost an hour, I was told my reservation wasn’t going to be honored. They said they were low on cars and were only giving cars to customers who pre-paid in full! At that point, I had to take an expensive Uber to my destination. Would never trust Ace again!
Did not get a car and paid in advance, mistake!!!!!!
