I love the car and how easy it was to return it. I think having more than two people at the desk on a Saturday could improve the customer service as we waited in line for more than we expected. Thank you!
The address shown on map could be more specific, it is hard to find the rental place
Don’t tell me to wait for paperwork then have me stand still for 40 minutes. Missing flights isn’t fun. Also, only offering an updated Itinerary that’s 48 hours removed from my original flight time is out right criminal. You’ve done nothing to help me. Zero Value as a customer. Will never recommend or fly United ever again, period. The worst!
Car I reserved was not available. The car I ended up getting was a pickup truck, which didn't have a truck bed cover and also had a loose side mirror. The associate who helped us with the rental was very kind and tried to help us with the side mirror, but that doesn't offset the lack of inventory and issues with the car itself.
It was a good experience.
