Was given the wrong car, got there and they said it's first come first serve even though you reserve a specific vehicle. the car said it was sanitized and clean but I got into it and there were fingerprints all over the windshield, sticky candy-like substances all over the vehicle doors and seats.

I thought I was renting a car from the Alamo at the Phoenix International airport, but it is unclear whether they changed it to Mesa (1/2 hour away) or I mistakenly reserved it there. Either way it was not at all clear at the website. So I arrived at the airport and there was no reservation and no cars available. Very disturbing to deal with.
