Pros:Staff friendly and the drop off and puck up wer super easy
Cons:Honestly the only issue i have is the cost of the rental. Seemed higher than usual, but i am sure it is due to the current economy and vehicle shortages.
Vehicle had a very bad rotor which cause a great deal of vibration when breaking. This was unsettling since we were driving in mountain areas. I told the associates when I dropped it off about the problem. They said it would be taken care of. I hope they do!
Pros:Ease of pickup and drop off. No issues at all. Very clean car

They were very efficient and made it easy at the Reno Airport Alamo location. The price was the best compared to other rental companies. Would definitely consider Alamo first when I go to rent a car again.
