The only thing to comment on was that you really needed another person to help at the pick up counter inside the airport. The line was so long and although the woman behind the counter was working hard to get all the customers helped and on their way, the process took too long. Like I said, she was working hard but folks in line were frustrated to have to wait so long. An additional agent at the counter would have been useful.
Our flight was delayed but the staff were all pleasant and helpful. They ran out of our requested size vehicle so we ended up with a much bigger car than we wanted. The actual pick-up location was quite a long walk from the office which could be a problem for some travelers and their luggage.
Everything about the experience was favorable. The only less than favorable aspect was the wait time at pickup. Not sure if it was small airport staffing or flight time/day (Saturday) related but the line was approximately fifteen customers deep with only two agents and took a while. Otherwise the car was awesome and the overall experience top notch.
Cons:The price was outrageous! I know there was a golf tournament going on but felt $900 for two days of use was absolutely ridiculous and was price gouging. I could have used a taxi twenty times and not spent that much. If it had not been an emergency I would NEVER have rented it.
The check out at CHS was awful. The person working was friendly but she was alone and the line was long and slow. The system is poor.
