Do not rent from Thrifty in GSP. The entire pick up experience was a 2+ hour nightmare. No signs, no nothing at airport to alert you that it requires a shuttle ride to off airport location wait 30 for shuttle. Drooped at tiny one room building packed with customers with reservations and only one worker assisting customers. They had many more reservations than cars available. The computers were slow, or nonresponsive or down. Never got straight story. Again, they ran out of vehicles so any specific vehicle selected was not available. Never again.
The vehicle was easy to locate at the airport. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The return process was also made very easy by using a drop off box at the airport.
Nice staff, quick process on both ends!
The vehicle was perfect. drop off time no printer nd I am still waiting for a final receipt 24 hours later.
