MYR is extremely under staffed. Waited 1.5hr in line to pick up the car. Staff was kind and helpful but the 2 associates had no other support and couldn't do anything to process people faster
Great car, great service.
The counter person was friendly and extremely efficient.
Pros:Easy drop off, car was nice although smaller than what I had anticipated
Cons:Waited in line for an hour and a half to pick up the car even though I had done check in already. Short staffed. Was charged $200 more than what I booked. Calling today to get that straightened out.
We landed from Boston to Myrtle beach at 11:44 pm and pick up was so easy woman at the counter was amazing but drop off not so great . We dropped off on a Saturday at 6:30 pm and there were so many people trying to get rental cars from a flight that just landed but budget was still great easy drop off just park and go across the street so easy wound highly recommend but don’t come on a Saturday at 6:30 pm trying to get a car lines way too long at every rental car location just a busy time to fly
