Pros:The car got good mileage.
Cons:So many unexplained added fees. The number they give you on the reservation is at least $180 less than what they will charge you. The staff did not seem to know what was happening. I went to pick up the car and the guy had no answer for any of my questions and took forever. He also pulled down his mask and told me a profanity laced story. The car smelled weird and was not clean. Someone probably spent all of 2 minutes cleaning this thing. Smudges all over the mirrors and windows. Crumbs in the crevices. Overall I had a terrible experience with the company.

They were very responsive. Pre-inspection would have been of benefit based on a vehicle that had some previous damage
