I have no complaints. Merely, I ask that a car freshener be placed in the glove compartment.
Customer service was incredible at all levels.
Full economy, quick service for both pick-up and drop-off, quiet car. The car had a high-frequency vibration at highway speeds. All tires need to be spin-balanced and alignment checked. Directions for the drop-off point were misleading, with contradicting paperwork giving a street address in one place and terminal in another. Enterprise was in a different location than most of the other agencies (poor signage didn't help).
Would not honor the reservation when we arrived. Did not have vehicle available.
