Per Carrentals.com e-mail (below) the Norwich airport Europcar office was open till 5pm on April 7th. It actually closed at 1pm so we could not hire the car from Europcar. When phoned, Europcar did not offer an alternative arrangement and we had to get a cab from the airport to hire a car from another company . This was a most unsatisfactory experience.
