They didn't have enough SUVs for at least 3 groups when we were there to pick up ours and we were given a dirty car with vague instructions on a discount and potentially getting the car we reserved. You cannot call the location to talk to a person a d instead can only talk to someone at a remote location. Never got the car we rebted
Pros:Staff were not friendly
The shuttle comes infrequently and there was no way to contact the office to notify them that we were waiting. Ended up taking an Uber to the location.
There were no snow tires on a car rented in the mountains in February. It seems that they have no concern for either their cars or their customers.
The car was dirty, had not been cleaned, there was even a water bottle from previous renter. the process was slow and still have yet to receive my final receipt.
