The only complaint I have is I was unaware I could not use my Cash App debit card to pay for my rental at pick up. They do not accept Venmo cards either. Even if your name is printed on the card, their system thinks these are pre-paid cards and blocks the transaction. This was an issue for me because I had put the money intended for my rental in my Cash App account. That made pick up last longer for me. Everything else was great. The representatives at pick up and drop off were understabding and friendly. The car was in excellent condition and fit our needs perfectly. I will definitely use Alamo again.

Line was unforgivably slow to pick up the car. They did upgrade after I complained but I don’t think I’ll rent with Alamo again for risk of missing meetings due to their pick up process
