Was sold a car that didn’t actually exist, they had my reservation but no car available. Was left stranded in a foreign country with no service and limited knowledge of Spanish and nobody cared to help. Didn’t even get my refund yet after 4 days. Ridiculous!

When I got the keys to the car, the car was super dirty inside and outside. Had no gas in the tank. The outside was poorly taken care of. Missing rear brake light. The staff didn’t want to provide a solution and all they wanted was to return the insurance fee witch was an additional charge. Terrible way to start a vacation.
