i liked how friendly the customer service agents were. I disliked that i went to the lot looking for a 7-passenger vehicle which was also mentioned at the counter before i left only to wander the lot and not find any forcing me to go back inside and stand in line again. The car itself smelt of very strong cigarette smoke to the point i was worried i was going to be charged for it upon my return. Also, there was a live roach on the dashboard when i picked the car up which actually cause a small panic drive.
Rental cars are vastly overpriced. $280 for a 30-hour rental that's ridiculous
I like when I reserved car while in south korea car was reserved no messing around. Hertz turn in at Augusta ga had to wait 45 minutes to turn in because agent was not at counter. Didn't like that
