There were no cars available when I arrived, and a line and waiting area where people (with reservations) had been waiting for hours. I got a refund because the scenario was terrible, and ended up taking Lyft instead.
Everything was worst. Car was not available despite reserving a car and had to wait 30min to get the car. Car was not clean either. The worst car rental experience ever.
There was an extra charge for a second driver. No other rental has asked this of me and my husband. Don't think I would choose Hertz a second time.
