The check in counter lady was extremely unfriendly and rude. When she asked me if i want to purchase full comprehensive insurance from lotte auto house or from Herte, i was confused and asked her did i opt for hertz insurance when i book, she rudely replied ":what do i know"?!" Then when i asked can she help me to check or give me time to check, she asked me to stand aside then so she can serve other customers. What??!!! where is the customer services????? She also didnt print a copy of the terms i signed. I presume asking me for my email means she sent to my email accounting. However, until today, i didnt receive anything. ' To be frank the car they rented me is very new and good condition. The returning of the car was pleasant too. Just the check in... it turns customers off with that rude and unhelpful attitude!

Car and GPS were very good. Signage at airport was not linked at all to Hertz, so it took us a ridiculous amount of time to figure out where to go when we first arrived. Counter service was efficient in both pick up and drop off. Shuttle service also convenient.

The actual car reserved wasnt available and price was misrepresented. We had to pay $250 instead of $100. Cancelled rental through kayak and just paid vendor directly. Kayak needs to do a better job of coordinating with the vendor here in Seoul.
It’s not Avis. It’s another Korean rental car company. I had an international drivers license but because I didn’t have the stamp in the right square there weren’t going to let me rent the car. I’m with my 86-year-old father 78-year-old mother my wife, four year old and two year old and it’s 6 PM it’s getting dark they almost didn’t rent me the car. Fortunately they rented me a car , but that was subpar to the van. I ordered with a $600 up charge, not happy

Avis sent incorrect information. The rental place was very difficult to find. Once I found it, they had closed. Because they closed, they canceled my reservation. I found a different local rental shop, and I received a better car for almost half the price, signaling that Avis was far overpriced.
