I paid the booking for Yaris but when pick up the car, i been given an almera. When i checking google review, europcar don meung airport always soing in this way. The condition of that almera is worse. Car alignment and balance is poor which driver cant even drive the car properly. It is like driving a boat. The car is difficult to ride up a small hills or car park ramp, When return back the car, the staff even blamed the scratches is caused by me. Luckily i have taken photos during pick up the car.

Had a small scratch and the fine is unacceptably high compare to actual cost! It is so unfair for the customer which should actually be investigated by consumer rights authorities. Believe this is probably one of their main revenue stream rather then the rental itself.

they want extra charge for everything. I lost the car key and they want to charge 21300 bhai just for the spare key. which is too much I even paid 500 bhat per day extra for full insurance of the car still they want me to pay 21300 bhai and very rude staff they said you have to accept the charge or we will report to the police. I even said I am ok to pay but has to be a reasonable amount but they not ready to listen just repeating that it is company policy and you have to accept no matter what.

It's older basic model vehicle, no backup camera but it clean and it got set of new tire; so, it's ok for me. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Glad we rented a car! Gas mileage was great with Honda City.

Fair price, good service. It's a little difficult to get from International to Domestic Terminal, especially if you carry a few more bags, we traveled with 2 young kids.
