Windscreen washer had been filled with water and remained frozen for my entire visit

Didn't have any problems with the hire and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

not happy with kayak as no customer care to talk to, cant make changes, not value for money

Liked the car but didn’t realize it came with only 100 miles/day. So I had to upgrade which doubled the price. Took over an hour to find the bus and get to their off airport site. Two hour waiting in a queue with just one person checking everyone in. Felt so bad for couple in front of me who were going to miss their cruise do to horrible delay. On return the bus only came once an hour to return to Terminal 5! Never renting from them again!

Upgrade to a crossland. Loved it.

The didn’t accept to take the car and i stay another 5 hours in the airport to rent the car from another company and i send the email from first day is 16th of January tell now i dont have any answers Please kindly to confirm with them to refund my full amount Thanks

The staff was good

I was unwittingly involved in what appears to be an insurance scam perpetrated by Raj at the Sixt Heathrow Terminal 2 pickup when I picked up the car. The vehicle had extensive damage to the rear and even though I was happy to take it as long as they documented it - Raj refused to do so and threatened to call the police if I took a photo of it with him in the photo as evidence. The damage was NOT listed in the contract. I got around the scam by emailing your office a photo of the damage BEFORE I drove the car away. Raj was acting like a lunatic and I am sure glad that I did what I did - because sure enough your organization blamed ME at the end of the rental for the damage. Anyone else would have not noticed when they picked up the car and would have been screwed. Its also a good footnote to mention that the vehicle was parked about 1 inch away from the metal barrier, which meant that it would have been impossible to see the damage - I believe this was done on purpose to hide the damage from a renter. I could not get the manager Emilio from Terminal 5 on the phone to discuss this matter, so I remain pretty disgusted by the whole event. Raj is an angry liability and he does your organization no favors. Given this - this is the last time I will be renting from you, it is just too much trouble after a long flight. It took 2 hours from start to finish and Raj made a number of threats and incorrect statements which I am happy to share with you if you are interested.

It was terrible. We were not able to pick up the car because they closed before our pickup time. Why did Kayak book our reservation when the pickup time I specified was AFTER their closing time?

I don't take car and they tak my money please I need help to refund my money

Read the fine print in their contract before you book. I was denied a rental because of my occupation.

It was extremely difficult to cancel my reservation well in advance and I still have not been refunded.

Excellent customer service. Jan was very helpful and friendly. Seems like a great culture and team at this branch
